Turns

*Kindly note that returns and exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside of Turkey.

* our return policy for products purchased from Turkey lasts 14 days. If it has been 14 days since you received the item, unfortunately we are unable to pay you a refund or exchange.

* In order to be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must not have been used in the condition you received it and must be in its original packaging.

* Your item must be sent back to us in its original packaging to the address we provided. Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturers.

Order Changes and Cancellation

After the purchase, we will give you 24 hours to cancel or make any changes (sale items are not subject to the cancellation option). Beyond that, your order will already be processed and prepared for shipping, so no order changes or cancellations can be made after 24 hours.

Damaged/Missing Items

If for any reason your order is damaged or contains missing items, we will be glad to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. Please contact our support team to request a Damaged/Missing Product. When you email us, be sure to put the Claim for the Damaged/Missing Item in the subject email so that we can handle it as soon as possible!

Refunds

After receiving your items on the above-mentioned terms and conditions, we will process your payback immediately and notify you at that time. Shipping
